Return of New or Unworn Items
We offer a 30-day return policy. Refunds will be given, provided items are returned in their original condition as NEW, UNWORN (i.e. as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags. The returned item must be in re-sellable condition.
Extended Christmas Return Policy
Orders placed between 1st of November 2024 and 31st December 2024 are eligible for return till 31st of January 2025.
Please make sure the item is not worn/damaged as we only accept unworn items in their original condition.
Ex-Display products have different return policies. Please check the product page for the correct details.
Please do not apply tape directly to the item’s box. Wrap the item securely in original packaging or alternative suitable packaging.
Unauthorised Return of Worn Items
Goods being returned in a condition other than Pristine and Brand New as sold may be subject to a diminished value fee if they are diminished as a result of your handling and use while in possession of goods.
Return Process & Costs
You can request a return by logging into our website with the same email ID used while placing the order. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at sales@legendfootwear.co.uk.

You can reach out to us for a return label. If you choose to use our return label, you will be charged £3.50 (€6.25 for orders placed in the EU). The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.
Note: This option is only available after your order has been shipped.
Customers Outside the UK
You must write "RETURN TO SENDER" to avoid the order being held in customs. If the item is held in customs, we will deduct the amount from your refund when processing your return, as we may be billed automatically by customs. We are not liable for paying these extra costs.
If the item is classed as RETURN TO SENDER, there will be no charges held and will not be put on hold, making the return experience easy and fast.
Returns of Worn Items with Possible Manufacturing Defects
If you want to return a defective item, please email us with the details and, where possible, photos of the defects.
Brand Specific Warranty
Muck Boots: We offer a 1-year limited warranty for all Muck products in normal use against any manufacturing flaw(s), defective materials, and workmanship.
We do not accept returns if we consider they have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, washed, accidentally damaged, failure to adequately maintain and store the footwear, improper or inadequate fit, or not taken reasonable care during the use period.
All of the above does not restrict your statutory rights.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchange requests for orders placed only in the UK.
You can request an exchange by completing the form at https://www.legendfootwear.co.uk/pages/return-requests-uk. Rest assured, if you request an exchange, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to ensure it’s in brand-new, unworn condition. If the item passes inspection, we’ll send out the exchange pair. However, if the returned item is found to be worn or not in its original condition, the exchange request will not be fulfilled, and a refund with a deduction will be issued to reflect this.
Please note that exchange requests are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable or priced higher than the original purchase, we may be unable to fulfill the exchange.
We offer free return shipping for exchanges on items over £70, provided the exchange item’s price is equal to or less than the original item’s purchase price. If an exchange cannot be completed due to the item being out of stock or priced higher, we will proceed with a refund, deducting the prepaid label cost from the refunded amount.
