Social Media Manager
As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business objectives. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Main Responsibilities
- Execution and delivery of digital content across all social media channels
- Strategize and maintain brand consistency across different social media channels via tone, voice, and terminology.
- Managing day-to-day and being hands-on with our social media presence
- Creating and executing plans that grow followers/users on various social media platforms.
- Perform research on current trends and audience preferences.
- Work with designers to get creatives produced for social media.
- Identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution to mitigate issues.
- Identify & handle social media collaborations.
Minimum requirements
- At least 4-6 years of experience managing social media.
- Excellent copywriting skills for all social media platforms.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and measurement
- Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side.
- Ability to negotiate justifiable social media collaborations.
- Understanding of Social Media Marketing for cross collaboration with the performance marketing team.
- Ability to guide designers clearly on the graphic design requirements.
- Proficiency in using social media scheduling and management tools.
