Affiliate Marketing Manager
This is a new position within the company and is ideal for individuals who wish to grow, develop, learn, and maximize their potential at a global e-commerce company. As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results through affiliate partnerships, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Role & responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns to ensure maximum ROI is achieved.
- Initiating new campaign ideas, including incentivization and bonuses for the program.
- Find new top-level affiliates with high levels of relevant traffic, targeted mailing lists, etc.
- Negotiate bespoke commercial deals with affiliate partners.
- Analyze affiliate performance and develop key metrics and report back to senior management on performance.
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, content, design, product and tech, to integrate and align affiliate marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing and marketplace management.
Minimum Requirements
- Understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
- Experience with affiliate marketing tools AWIN, Tradetracker, CJ etc. and analytics platforms like GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI etc.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations.
- Understanding of click spamming.
- Has hands-on experience in pricing models such as CPV/CPI/CPA/CPS/CPL/CPC/CPM/CPR.
