We offer 30-day return policy. Refund will be given provided items are returned back to their original condition as NEW, UNWORN (i.e. as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags. The returned item must be in re-sellable condition. Please make sure the item is not worn/damaged as we only accept unworn items in their original condition. Any worn item returned back will be refused and we will contact you if no reply is made within three months the item will be destroyed.
Please do not apply tape directly to the item’s box. Wrap the item securely in original packaging or alternative suitable packaging.
We do not offer free returns and customers have to return their orders back to the below return address. We recommend using a tracked signed for service.

* If you are sending the item back and you are outside of the EU you must write (RETURN TO SENDER) this is requested to avoid the order being held in customs. If the item is held in customs we will deduct the amount from your refund when processing your return as we may be billed automatically by customs we are not liable for paying for these extra costs.
If the item is classed as RETURN TO SENDER there will be no charges held and will not be put on hold this makes the return experience easy and fast.
If you want to replace your item for a different style, your payment will be refunded and you will need to place a new order for the replacement pair.

For a faster exchange of your item, please fill in the returns form stating the size you wish to exchange for and include it with the return parcel.
If you haven’t indicated on your returns note that you’d like an item exchanged or the new size required, then we’ll automatically issue a refund for the returned item.
