Returns
Return of new or unworn items
We offer 365-day return policy. Refunds will be given provided items are returned back to their original condition as NEW, UNWORN (i.e. as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags. The returned item must be in re-sellable condition. Please make sure the item is not worn/damaged as we only accept unworn items in their original condition.
Please do not apply tape directly to the item’s box. Wrap the item securely in original packaging or alternative suitable packaging.
Any return which does not comply with the above i.e. damaged or defective box etc. you will incur a charge to reflect the impact this will have on re-selling the products. These charges will be assessed on each case and it will depend on the amount of damage.
UK customers
We offer a free return service to all our customers in the UK. Please contact us so that we can provide you with the prepaid return label. For customers outside the UK, please refer to the policy below.
Outside UK customers
If you are sending the item back and you are outside of the UK, you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend using tracked signed for service. We will not be liable of the returns lost in transit. Our returns address is

You must write (RETURN TO SENDER) this is requested to avoid the order being held in customs. If the item is held in customs, we will deduct the amount from your refund when processing your return as we may be billed automatically by customs, we are not liable for paying for these extra costs.
If the item is classed as RETURN TO SENDER there will be no charges held and will not be put on hold this makes the return experience easy and fast.
Returns of Worn Items With Possible Manufacturing Defects:
If you want to return a defective item please email us with the details and where possible the photos of the defects and request a return label. Once your request is approved, we will email you a pre-paid postal label which you will need to print and stick it to the parcel and send this to us.
We do not accept returns if we consider they have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, washed, accidentally damaged, or failure to adequately maintain and store the footwear, improper or inadequate fit, or not taken reasonable care during the use period.

Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges. If you want to replace your item with a different style or size, your payment will be refunded and you will need to place a new order for the replacement pair.
