We operate a no quibble 30 day refund/exchange policy. Full refund will be given provided goods are posted back within 7 days of receipt, as new, unworn and the buyer pays the return postage costs. If you send the shoes back for refund after 7 days of receipt the initial postage will be deducted from the refund. You have to authorize the return with us before returning the item When returning an item it is strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim. |

Items bought from our website within UK can be sent back for a free exchange but customers have to pay the charge to send the item back to us. For countries outside UK there is a charge of £8.99 to exchange and that can be paid to our paypal account exchange@legendfootwear.co.uk If we send you wrong item or it is faulty we will pay all the postage costs incurred. |
