RETURNS POLICY 

We operate a no quibble 30 day refund/exchange policy. Refund, excluding initial P&P charges, will begiven provided goods are posted back within 30 days of receipt, as new, unworn and the buyer pays thereturn postage costs

When returning an item it is strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is usedas we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of loss of a returned item, it is thesender's responsibility to pursue a claim.

Refunds:

If you want to send the item back for a refund and change your mind you will have to pay initial postage charges which are £3.99. These charges will be deducted from the refund.

Exchange:

You will have to pay return postage of £2.99 if you want to exchange your item. That can be paid to our paypal account the email is sales@legendfootwear.co.uk

If we send you wrong item or it is faulty we will pay all the postage costs incurred.Please email us on Sales@legendfootwear.co.uk for Pre Paid Label.

Please be aware that mistakes can happen and if we have made any mistakes whatsoever we will issue full refund/exchange including transport charges both ways. We are here to help.
