Supply Chain & Logistics Executive

As the Supply Chain and Logistics Executive at Legend Footwear, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers while maintaining cost-effectiveness and high-quality standards. We are looking for a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills to lead our logistics team and contribute to our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans and initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee the entire logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Monitor compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Proactively address supply chain challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Continuously evaluate and update supply chain processes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management.
- Experience with Fulfillment Centers or 3rd party fulfillment centers
- Strong task management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred
- Amazon FBA experience
- Knowledge in using supply chain management software and tools.
