As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business objectives. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execution and delivery of digital content across all social media channels
  • Strategize and maintain brand consistency across different social media channels via tone, voice, and terminology.
  • Managing day-to-day and being hands-on with our social media presence
  • Creating and executing plans that grow followers/users on various social media platforms.
  • Perform research on current trends and audience preferences.
  • Work with designers to get creatives produced for social media.
  • Identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution to mitigate issues.
  • Identify & handle social media collaborations.

Minimum requirements

  • At least 4-6 years of experience managing social media.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for all social media platforms.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and measurement
  • Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side.
  • Ability to negotiate justifiable social media collaborations.
  • Understanding of Social Media Marketing for cross collaboration with the performance marketing team.
  • Ability to guide designers clearly on the graphic design requirements.
  • Proficiency in using social media scheduling and management tools.
