The Ecommerce Catalog Assistant is responsible for creating content for the new products and managing the existing products on multiple marketplaces. The successful candidate must have related skills and experience in managing the products in various marketplaces.

Responsibilities

  • Managing digital content on all online channels, ensuring everything is uploaded and merchandised on time.
  • Maintain online listings on Amazon, eBay and other platforms.
  • Supporting your eCommerce merchandising team as required with the execution of merchandising across the site.
  • Manage and help the merchandising team with content creation for product listings.
  • Writing unique product descriptions and other product specifications. Preparing suitable product images.
  • Uploading product listings on multiple online marketplaces and CMS
  • Maintain high standards on the merchandising of products across all online channels, providing feedback as necessary to the manager.
  • Preparing suitable product images.
  • Liaise with online marketplaces to fix any product detail discrepancies, listing limitations etc
  • Manage and implement constant updates & improvements of product listings taking into account frequent new products, stock availability, pricing changes etc.
  • Ensuring product stock levels and prices are up to date on all channels at all times.
  • Ad-hoc office administrative task as and when required.

      Minimum Requirements

      • At least 2 years experience in ecommerce catalog listings.
      • At least 1 years experience with Amazon product listings
      • Available to work on weekends
      • The ability to work quickly & accurately and pay attention to details.
      • Ability to multitask, demonstrate own initiative and be accountable for decisions.
      • Efficient with spreadsheets, manipulating data and reviewing results
      • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office.
      • Ability to work well as part of a team as well as using initiative.
      • Flexibility to increase workload in very busy times.

      Preferred Skills

      • Experience with Ebay, and other marketplaces
      • Experience with Shopify
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 app suite
      • Experience with ClickUp
      • Hard-working with a can-do and go-getter attitude.
      • Experienced with ERP systems, task management system
      • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
