We operate a no quibble 7 days refund/exchange policy. Full refund will be given provided goods are posted back within 7 days of receipt, as new, unworn and the buyer pays the return postage costs.
When returning an item it is strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim.
If we send you wrong item or it is faulty we will pay all the postage costs incurred. Please be aware that mistakes can happen and if we have made any mistakes whatsoever we will issue full refund/exchange including transport charges both ways.
