RETURNS POLICY 

We operate a no quibble 30 day refund/exchange policy. Refunds, excluding initial P&P charges, will begiven provided goods are posted back within 30 days of receipt, as new, unworn and the buyer pays the return postage costs.

When returning an item it is strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of loss of a returned item, it is thesender's responsibility to pursue a claim alternatively you can ask for Return Label from us for only £2.99 (UK Only)

Refunds:

If you want to send the item back for a refund and change your mind you will have to pay initial postage charge which is £3.99. This charge will be deducted from the refund.

Exchange:

You will have to pay return postage of £2.99 if you want to exchange your item. 

If we send you wrong item or it is faulty we will pay all the postage costs incurred. 

Please be aware that mistakes can happen and if we have made any mistakes whatsoever we will issue full refund/exchange including transport charges both ways. We are here to help.
