We operate a no quibble 7 days refund/exchange policy. Full refund will be given provided goods are posted back within 7 days of receipt, as new, unworn and the buyer pays the return postage costs. When returning an item it is strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items.
